Kelab Bolasepak ASA-GP Melaka (ASA-GP Melaka) is a grassroots football club committed to developing young athletes through a structured, professional, and inclusive environment. The club believes football is a tool for positive social change, focusing not only on technical excellence but also on physical health, mental resilience, and strong values such as discipline, integrity, and teamwork.
With a strong emphasis on safeguarding, education, and good governance, ASA-GP Melaka provides a safe and supportive platform for players from diverse backgrounds, including SK, SJKC, and SJKT schools. Through initiatives like the CIMB Melaka Junior Football Development Programme, the club nurtures responsible individuals while building a sustainable and ethical football ecosystem for the community.
ASA-GP MELAKA AS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT MODEL
Kelab Bolasepak ASA GP Melaka was formally invited to attend the national launch of CIMB Group’s “Kita Bagi Jadi Komuniti” platform at Sasana Kijang, Kuala Lumpur. The event brought together government leaders, corporate executives, and community organisations from across Malaysia, marking a significant national initiative in community empowerment.
The invitation reflected recognition of the club’s growing role beyond football, placing ASA GP Melaka among organisations contributing to social development. The launch also highlighted CIMB’s RM200 million commitment from 2026 to 2030 towards economic empowerment, financial inclusion, and digital literacy.
For ASA GP Melaka, the event strengthened national visibility, reinforced credibility, and created opportunities to align with major CSR initiatives and build future collaborations. It further supports the club’s vision of extending its impact beyond sport by developing youth who are not only athletes, but responsible and future-ready members of society.
